This past fall was extremely busy between baseball, ballet, work projects, and life itself!

For the very first time, my family purchased a pumpkin and never got around to carving it!

We brought it inside, and put it on the dining room table where it sat for a while.

Thankfully, we were able to put up our Christmas Tree when we usually do, right after Thanksgiving.

Rather than just disposing of the pumpkin, I’ve decided to ask for a pumpkin pie for Christmas.

Some assembly will be required.
